Final Grading
Black dirt and drainage
Once you are ready for a final grade, we bring in good topsoil and start to prep for either sodding or seeding services. We check to make sure all drainage is done either to a site grade plan, or Minnesota state building codes.
Seed or Sod
Once the final grade is complete we can either seed your lawn with a premium 50/50 blend and an annual Rye cover crop or we can lay the sod for that instant gratification.
